By creating an account or using KeptInCheckMate ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

KeptInCheckMate is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the app.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date via your profile.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Contact page.

3. Consensual use

KeptInCheckMate is a tool to support communication and accountability between consenting adults in a chastity relationship. Any arrangement, rule, agreement or device usage tracked through the app must be entered into freely and consensually by all parties involved. The app itself does not monitor, verify or enforce consent - that responsibility remains entirely with you and your partner(s).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to harass, harm, or coerce another person, to impersonate someone else, or to store or share content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we take reasonable care to keep your data safe and the app available (see our Privacy policy), we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeptInCheckMate and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes are posted here means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent via the Contact page.
